We smoke organic Jalapeno peppers for two hours, then they go through a month long fermentation process to bring you that full bodied taste you have come to love. A lot of care is taken and the recipe has stood the test of time. Also available in hot, mild, smoked or not.
{JALAPENO} ~A medium-sized chili pepper pod type cultivar of the species Capsicum Annuum. In terms of the Scoville scale, the jalapeño is merely mild to moderate. It has a Scoville heat unit range of 2,500 to 8,000 SHU.
